To get our clients to the connecting level, we always thrive to build a body of knowledge and understanding of intersectional contextual issues that influence policy and daily ways of living for different constituents in the policymaking ecosystem.
Our contextual analysis uses sharpened tools embedded in capturing the human-interest stories. These emanate from our thorough research on lived experiences of those impacted the most by alterations, disruptions and sometimes stagnation when everything else is moving within the context.
Our shaping approaches use participatory, detached observer and policy modelling tests to debunk complexities of designs and make it easy to see the gaps, cracks and holes that need filling. We have learnt the art of balancing the connecting and shaping with influencing.
